Baked Stuffed Pork Chops With Peaches

Pork chops are stuffed with a bread stuffing mixture then baked with barbecue sauce, topped with peach halves just before done.
Ingredients:
6 thick pork chops
salt and pepper
1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix, chicken-flavored
1 1/3 cups chicken
6 peach halves
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
