Barbecued Turkey Legs

Ingredients:
4 to 6 turkey legs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
dash of liquid smoke, if desired
1 tablespoon finely chopped
